Friends of Kharkiv were invited by the Cincinnati-Kharkiv Sister City Partnership to come to an important presentation by representatives of Kharkiv City. This was an opportunity to hear first hand of the efforts being made to keep Kharkiv functioning through the onslaught of Russian missiles. Denys Yaroslavskyi, commander of a reconnaissance unit and former police chief gave a speech on the current situation in Ukraine.
