Little Amal in Cincinnati
Little Amal, a puppet of a 10-year-old Syrian refugee girl, was in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 25, 2023. A 12-foot-tall puppet walked through Cincinnati to spread awareness of the stories of refugees, immigrants, and the communities around them. #USAwithUkraine was part of a great-and-meet team. We had a chance to share heartbreaking and inspiring stories of Ukrainian refugees, as lots of them are children.
